Team Coaching
Team coaching, as its name suggests, aims to support a team or group so that each individual finds his or her rightful place, and can exploit his or her own strengths within the collective, with the aim of creating cohesion and team spirit. In creating Let's C, I wanted to use my experience in project and people management to help companies undergoing transformation. Indeed, I firmly believe that every organization owes its success not only to the motivation and fulfillment of its people, but also to the quality of its processes.
Towards wich objectives ?
Team coaching focuses not on the individual, but on the team as a whole.
It is aimed at all company stakeholders, from executives, managers and HR staff to employees and consultants concerned with facilitating and consolidating internal relations.
The first step is to identify each individual's talents and strengths, and then to understand how these can be put to good use within the group.
It's all about creating synergies !
As part of my mission, and depending on what has been established with my client, I work to :
- identify individual strengths and resources ;
- ● Stimulate the definition and search for solutions to common challenges;
- ● encourage the expression of individual talents while preserving group cohesion.
Together, we explore common areas to achieve goals that can bring you together as an entity. I encourage the Group, through a clear and structured strategy, to develop new skills, adapt its processes and optimize its performance.
Because the world is constantly evolving, generating as many new conflicts as innovative solutions, it is necessary for all living ecosystems, such as companies, to move towards permanent adaptation.
Through consulting, training and professional coaching, I integrate companies in the midst of change and help them rethink the way they work. To align with organizational changes, stimulate collective intelligence, identify and achieve a new coherence, fostering well-being and enthusiasm at work.
Strengthening our teams
As a professional coach for 5 years now, I have set myself the goal of strengthening the work teams that call on my services.
How can we achieve this ?
By helping each individual to define his or her role within the group, to understand his or her function, and by smoothing out the internal dynamics that have been put in place.
Because with coaching, each team member will have learned to bring out his or her strengths and put them at the service of the group, cohesion will be able to fully blossom and deploy its benefits.
The mirror effect
My role as a coach can be seen as "mirroring", i.e. making the group's own reflection visible.
By facing up to it, team members will be able to become aware of several decisive elements: their identity as an entity, the relationships that are at stake (including power relationships), how these have been established and what they say about the group, the factors that influence the collective's results, for good or ill, the toxicity of certain behaviors...
Once this valuable information has been gathered, it's time to highlight all the aspects that enhance performance and relationships within the group, as well as all the elements that detract from them.
Practices that we throw away and keep to achieve the goals defined during coaching.
Frequently asked questions
When is team coaching appropriate ?
I suggest that you call on my team coaching services when a new project arises and requires the mobilization of everyone involved, or during a period of change or transition (launch of a new product or concept, restructuring, management instability, complete change in the HR department, etc.)
How many sessions for tangible results ?
Team coaching takes place over a defined period. Depending on your objective(s), we agree together on the duration of the coaching and the location of the sessions. I generally leave an interval of 2 to 3 weeks between each session. Of course, this period can be adapted to suit your needs.
How many members does a team have ?
It all depends on your objectives, but I'd advise you to set up teams of no more than ten members for the coaching to work. Larger groups can undermine cohesion, solidarity and unity. As a guide, I support the building of bridges between individuals. Human beings are a company's most precious asset, so it's essential to be able to support them in a warm and soothing atmosphere. A dimension strongly influenced by numbers.
