Individual Coaching

Personal development coaching or exploring the possible

Through active listening and exploratory questioning, personal development coaching is a caring support process that enables each individual to explore the full range of possibilities, open up new perspectives and achieve tangible, measurable results within a defined timeframe. My approach is resolutely action-oriented, so that the individual can experiment with new learning and, step by step, find the path to autonomy.

Coaching for whom and why ?

Coaching is aimed at any individual or team wishing to change a behavior or habit in their professional life, in order to achieve a personal or shared objective.

It can focus on solving certain difficulties, or on meeting certain challenges, unlocking strengths, or developing new skills.

If you would like to :

  • develop new skills: assertive communication, leadership and self-confidence;
  • to transition to a new job, self-employment or reintegration after a burn-out;
  • overcoming a stressful situation or making a difficult decision;
  • in a profound quest for meaning and a motivated search for your personal or professional path...

...Personal development coaching can only help you.

It's a great vehicle for self-fulfillment and liberation, drawing on knowledge of the outside world to help you adapt and better understand the situations you encounter.

Let's C encourages action and power, while creating a caring atmosphere around the individual and his or her issues.

The values of respect, honesty and sharing are deeply rooted in my coaching and are inseparable from my practice. They serve the work we do together and strengthen the relationship we build over the course of our sessions.

Our aim is to help you define and achieve your personal and professional development goals.

Resolution or decision coaching

This type of coaching enables you to cope with stressful situations, solve problems or make difficult decisions. Because life is made up of problems, simple or more complex, that can tarnish everyday life, this type of coaching helps you to deploy your own potential and draw on your own resources for all the energy you need to face and finally overcome difficulties. Learning to manage stress or emotions, moving beyond indecision, rediscovering pleasure in your activities... these are just some of the goals we'll set together.

Practical details

How many sessions are required ?

Coaching is a process that takes place over a defined period of time. The Coach and Coachee agree together on the location of the sessions and the desired duration of support, depending on the Coachee's objectives. The time between sessions is generally 2 to 3 weeks, but can be adapted to suit individual needs. The number of sessions can vary according to demand.

How long does a session last ?

A session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your needs (to be discussed with your professional coach).

How does a coaching session work ?

The first coaching session, known as the preliminary session, enables Coach and Coachee to introduce themselves, get to know each other and agree on the terms of the coaching. The coach also explains what coaching is (and what it is not), and reminds them of the coach's rules of ethics, such as confidentiality.

During this session, Coach and Coachee also clarify the customer's request and expectations with regard to coaching. Subsequent sessions are part of the person's overall objective, and enable progress to be made step by step.

Where are the sessions held ?

Sessions can be either face-to-face or remote. In the case of face-to-face sessions, they can take place in a traditional, warm and cosy consulting room, or at the client's convenience, in a setting that lends itself particularly well to the objective of the session.

Coaching 'on the move', for example, which moves away from the usual setting, can make it easier to free thought and stimulate the coachee's reflection and sharing. Let's C offers professional and personal coaching in Brussels and throughout Wallonia.
